The 2013 Visa Global Security Summit conference will take place at the Ronald Reagan Building. The Ronald Reagan building is a federal building located in the heart of Washington, D.C., within walking distance of the White House, the Capitol, Smithsonian Museums, many of Washington, D.C.'s finest hotels and other prominent businesses, historical sites and cultural organizations.

PLEASE NOTE: To enter the Ronald Reagan Building, all attendees will be required to go through a security screening upon entry and must have a photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) to gain entry to the building. Please plan accordingly and give yourself extra time to arrive to the venue to accommodate this check-in process. Please keep your personal items (laptop bag, etc.) to a minimum. No carts or luggage are allowed into the building. Please note that there is NO luggage storage in the building. The Visa Global Security Summit will take place in the Amphitheater located at Concourse Level in the Ronald Reagan Building's Conference Center.

The Federal Triangle Metro Station (orange/blue lines) is located on-site, and is connected to the building by covered passageway. The Metro Center Metro Station (red line) is located just two blocks away.

The underground garage for the Ronald Reagan building is open daily from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. The parking rate for 3 - 10 hours is $22.00.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the JW Marriott Washington DC at a special conference rate of $329.00 per night (plus taxes).

The JW Marriott Washington DC is located at 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. and is across the street from the Ronald Reagan Building, the conference location.

To secure a hotel room reservation at the JW Marriott Washington DC, conference attendees must submit their hotel reservation request (arrival/departure dates) when registering for the conference through the online registration process. Hotel rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation requests for this hotel at the special rate will only be accepted through the conference registration process. The deadline to submit hotel requests is September 13, 2013 based on availability.

JW Marriott Washington DC Hotel Cancellation Policy

There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for hotel reservations. Cancelling your hotel reservation less than 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date will result in a penalty fee equal to one-night's stay to be charged to your credit card.
